Title VI is a federal program administered by Bethany Public Schools. The primary goal of the program is to increase the math and reading levels of students of Native American descent. The students themselves do not have to be enrolled members of the tribe, but their parent or grandparent must be enrolled. To be part of the program, students must have a 506 form on file, completed by their parent/guardian. This form only needs to be completed once, and it remains in effect as long as the student attends Bethany Public Schools. If your student is of Native American descent and you want them to be included in the program, please fill out the 506 form.
We will also need a copy of the CDIB being used for our files.
