The BMS baseball team will take part in their conference tournament this weekend. The bracket is attached for anyone who is able to attend a game and cheer for our Bronchos!

The Women in Architecture came to BMS last week to give a presentation over architecture for the LEAP classes. During the presentation, students got to learn about the day in the life of an architect. The architects talked about the design process and brought a construction document for the students to see what one might look like. The students were then given a task where they were split into groups of 3-4. The groups decided who would be the owner, the architect, and the contractor. During the activity, the owner would explain to the architect the building they wanted them to create. The architect would then sketch the design and relay the information to the contractor to build. The contractor used legos to build the design. At the end of the activity, the contractors would show their final product to see if it matched the owner's request. The students loved the activity and the process that had to be done to get to the final product.

It was a nice day for some Broncho baseball this afternoon ... a little cool and windy, but there are definitely worse ways to spend a day out of school! The Bronchos will have their final regular game of the season on Monday, hosting Chickasha at home, game time 5pm, so make plans now to come out and cheer on the team for this last home game!

As yearbook staff is hard at work putting together our 20-page supplemental insert for the yearbook, covering spring activities, events, classes, concerts, and sports ..... just a reminder that we have only three books still available for pre-order. You can reserve one of those books for your student by sending ($65) check or cash to the BMS office. Not sure if you've already ordered? Have your student check the SOLD list in the commons. Thank you!

Just a reminder that we are still working to raise funds to contribute to our SWAT week totals, including tomorrow's Hat/PJ Day ..... $1 (each) allows you to wear a hat/pajamas tomorrow to school!
