Please share the following information if your student’s grandparent plans to attend Grandparent’s Day tomorrow morning from 7:45-8:25 AM or the PM Pre-K session from 12:15-12:45 PM.
PARKING: We have very limited parking on our Elementary Campus. BFC allows us to park on their lots, however, we do NOT have access to any SNU parking lots. Please refer to the attached parking map for parking lot options. BFC recommends parking in their Northwest parking lot which is coded in purple on the map.
ARRIVAL: The main entrance doors to the Elementary will open at 7:45 AM for grandparents and their grandchildren. Upon arrival, they will walk to the cafeteria to enjoy a donut together. AM Pre-K through 5th grade families will meet at the Elementary campus. Only the PM Pre-K grandparents and grandchildren will meet at the ECC at 12:15 PM.
WHAT TO EXPECT: You will get to enjoy a donut with your grandchild, learn about our school, learn how you can be an active member of our school community (PTO will be present at tables for any grandparents interested in becoming PTO members), and then briefly visit your grandchild’s classroom to drop them off for the day. If you have multiple grandchildren, then you will get to visit each classroom but will drop off each grandchild at their respective rooms when visiting. We look forward to hosting so many of our grandparents for this special event!
Congrats to our multilingual superstars on graduating from the program! 🎉 We’re excited to see all the amazing things you’ll do next. The future’s bright, and we’re cheering you on every step of the way!
