Parents, attached please find the vaccination schedule required by the Oklahoma State Department of Education. Of special note is the 7th grade Tdap requirement. There will be a nurse present at 7th grade schedule pick up day to confirm and verify that your child is up to date on immunizations. She can also accept immunization paperwork or exemption forms that day for any student who needs to have their records updated. Thank you.
